研究发现青少年过度使用手机易疲劳
洛杉矶６月１５日电（记者高原）在近日于美国伊利诺伊州韦斯特切斯特市举行的国际睡眠会议上，瑞典科学家报告说，如果青少年过度使用手机，他们睡眠质量会 变差，并且容易疲劳。 瑞典萨尔格伦研究院的专家加比·巴德雷在报告中说，科研人员对２１名１４岁到２０岁的青少年进行了对比研究。参与测试前，这些青少年身体健康，学习 时间有规律，没有睡眠障碍。 科研人员将这些青少年分成甲组和乙组。甲组人员每天只能用手机打不超过５个电话，发５条短信，而乙组人员每天要用手机打１５个以上的电话，发１５条 短信。 调查结果显示，与甲组人员相比，乙组人员容易疲劳，平时表现出多动不安、生活懒散、爱喝刺激性饮料、难以入睡、睡眠容易中断等现象。巴德雷认为，产 生这些现象的主要原因是过度使用手机，打乱了生物钟。 专家建议，家长、学校和社会应教育青少年科学合理使用手机，每天限制使用手机的次数，不要用手机长时间聊天，在学习时间不要打手机，晚上睡觉前应把 手机关闭。
